One of the best nights we've had at the Pony Club to date.
Not to cold, not to dewy and the seeing was really very good.
Always great to catch up with the regulars and see some fresh faces amongst the fold.

Looking forward to next month’s stogie and stargazing session already!

Cheers
Deeno

Our weather God came good again. Thanks Geoff.
It was a amazing night of good seeing and good company.
We have missed Marry Rose very much, all we had instead was Rod with the kids...
It was amazing to see all the scopes suddenly coming with great views of Jupiter. I was very pleased with the Denks....again.

And thanks to Andrew for sorting my white balance problem - it was his red torch shining trough....

A top night indeed, conditions were clear and steady, as if there was ever any doubt.

Again it was great to catch up with all the usuals, sorry to see Rod and the kids had to leave early though.
It was great to meet Greg, he passed our initiation ritual with flying colours. Looking forward to catching up again next month.

The views were very very nice last night, with Jupiter almost ruining our night vision LOL.
Deeno did some star trail shots and he's posted his image in this thread so have a look at his wonderful shot.

Yes, great viewing.
Thanks to all you folks for sharing your scopes and ideas.
Joe's binos just awesome. Amazing sensation of depth to the view.

I hate Murphy's Law !!!.

I'm glad to hear that all you guys had the best night up at the Pony Club in years. Unfortunately my computer at home has been crashing and it's still getting looked at so I couldn't keep up with what was happening.

When I took a squiz at the sky at about 6pm from home it looked like there was still quite a bit of cloud Mangrove Mtn way so I gave it a miss.

I'll see if I can be there for the next one. Cheers all.
