Not really my thing - I'm more of a Blues / Jazz / Folk kinda guy - but if people are willing to pay for what she does, good luck to her. It's all largely a matter of personal taste I suppose.
Think back to tours of names like The Beatles, the Rolling Stones, and even the old Aussie icon of Slim Dusty. They've all had their crews. I remember seeing Slim Dusty interviewed by Donnie Sutherland on Sounds many many years ago, and he said that he traveled with about three or four prime movers worth of gear, trailers, managers, first aid crew, etc. at the time.
Fans will pay good money to go and see them play, and if that's what gets you through the day, so be it.
Me? I'd pay good money to get this backfocus issue sorted out...
