Not really my thing - I'm more of a Blues / Jazz / Folk kinda guy - but if people are willing to pay for what she does, good luck to her. It's all largely a matter of personal taste I suppose.

Think back to tours of names like The Beatles, the Rolling Stones, and even the old Aussie icon of Slim Dusty. They've all had their crews. I remember seeing Slim Dusty interviewed by Donnie Sutherland on Sounds many many years ago, and he said that he traveled with about three or four prime movers worth of gear, trailers, managers, first aid crew, etc. at the time.

Fans will pay good money to go and see them play, and if that's what gets you through the day, so be it.

Me? I'd pay good money to get this backfocus issue sorted out...

Anyways good luck to her.... She and her group have found a way to profit from whatever it is that has humans seeking entertainment in such an excessive manner...but can I say that? I feel it is so judgemental given I have gone to see Fleetwood Mac and later Pink... both times to please someone else ... But I did enjoy each event.

Someone should ask her if her tour is "carbon offset. " I'd like to see Greta Thunberg get stuck into her.

And Leon, the Russians blew up the big Antonov aircraft. Perhaps a few C5 galaxy charters, or A380 freighters. Add up the carbon.. Albo should ask to see her offset credits.

Don,t know why you are all bagging her, she's alright better than some who think they are stars and all should bow before them.

As for Thunberg, well I will shut up.

Just folk getting bored Leon.

I think the reality for anyone seeking to make a living in music is that they really need to be very good at what they do and actually learn music (theory)...You cant really hope to sing with a professional band unless you are a musician first and a singer second.

In essence she finally relies on being popular with a public not known for always being fair...a terrible way to live.

Without using Google who knows anything about Orianthi ....what Orianthi has achieved or where Orianthi came from.? If you don't have a clue try WIKI and be both amazed and proud.
