Well, they say there is always an exception to the rule. However, to be fair, I have valued his contribution over the past few weeks, especially north of the Tweed.

It may be only 3 M of bitumen but without the impost on drivers you would have to ride on big fat tyres on a bicycle track and when a cyclist pays the same to be able to ride on the road and purchases his or her 3 M of bitumen then they get a say..
