WOW!!!

Your pics are stunning Rowena!!!

I especially like the way they go backwards so we get sequential shots of the shuttle coming down from the sky sucking it's own smoke in the rear and then landing perfectly on it's tail.

Clever Trick, let's see NASA do it that way

What a thrill it must be, and you won't have to wait long to do it again. Next launch isn't far away. Start saving fast folks!

Great pics, Rowena! I would love to see a launch. I've been in Florida twice on vacation when launches were scheduled, but both times they were delayed. (Once because of Woodpeckers). We have relatives who live just a few miles from the Cape in Titusville, so I've had my share of chances.... still no luck.

I did get to see a shuttle landing once. Very cool! Funny how you hear a sonic boom (two close booms in a row actually), and only then do you see the shuttle shortly afterward. I'll never forget seeing it.
