Great image Paul, I really like this area there is just so much going on. It is interesting how, with the 160,000 light year distance, it is at a completely different scale, with plenty of clusters and supergiants sprinkled everywhere in between the nebulae. And you've captured it all in beautiful detail, great job.
Rolf the distance makes for a different view for sure. I often marvel and wonder how bright this area must be when viewed from say M42's distance. It must be very bright.
