Welcome to the forum.

You can do it a number of ways. Using layers in Photoshop (it's a bit tedious), or use Images Plus to stack. Registax can do it.
My favourite is Registar, which is superb in that it can stack all different types of images even if they are different sizes.

The camera is a Digital SLR (Canon 20Da).
