SURVIVOR, I'll show you survivor, let me take you out bush for a couple of weeks, teach you how to eat bush food, no showers and 20km walks each day in the hot blazing sun. Then when you get back and go to watch survivor, you will think something similar to what I think. Its not survival, just crap.

On the other hand, my beloved Port Adelaide is suffering from the 4 long years it took to gain the prize. Now its time to rebuild.

Amazing Race is a great show! Ranks up there with Mythbusters as my favourite shows on telly at the moment.. though mythbusters still wins hands down.

I'm with you on Mythbusters. They are so entertaining, sort of cool nerds. Really funny how they always bicker between themselves on how to build a contraption. The levertation device last night was good and I knew that the elevator was going to get busted, just simple physics.

Still this is a bit off topic. So down to survivor and up the footy.

The only Survivour that was remotly close (not even that close) to the real thing would have had to have been Survivor Africa I think. I liked seeing the dust devils on that. The ones in the past couple of years have been a walk in the Park.

GO MYTHBUSTERS!!!!!!!!

I hate footy too

Yes that looked pretty uncomfortable , all series except for that one had a comfortable water source but survivor is more to do with relationships and interactions .

Yeah those little mind games, not on the real survivor. I say make it like I have in mind and see them all break down one by one and start to cry like babies. I spent months and months out bush in the Army, admittedly the first four years was a breeze, then I went to engineers to do engineering surveying and the real hell started. Was out bush for 6 months at a time with real army people instead of the survey corp in Sydney where we just went os to do work. No those engineers are worse than grunts. And because I was from a soft corp I got to do everything imaginable in relation to grunt work. Ever tried carrying a 50kg pack plus rifle plus a theodolite and tripod while running through the scrub from a bunch of grunts or marines who want to torture you? That is real survivor. Or once your accepted as being tough you get to go on all the war games and navigate for the entire squadron through jungle desert (find that ambush site on the map, just don't get lost), chase after that person who we need to interrogate (I was the fastest at running because of the former reason and my genes) Spend countless weeks awake until you think that those bad people breaking through the wire are actually the enemy and you need to kill them. Or being on patrol for days on end and wonder what it is like to sit on a plastic chair again, much less what a bed looks like.

Survivor my way is better than the crap they have on television. Yes let me do that sort of survivor and I bet it would rate like you would not believe. Relationships hey!!!! hehehehehe.

Let me at em.
