Actually, that is a point worth making.... the bino's do seem to enhance colour perception.
The blue and red population stars in Omega Cent' are obvious even to me.
Double stars actually do look interesting... (believe it or not)

Dark Nebula also take on a whole new dimension.... Your cognitive process paints them as a foreground
object even when there is no stereopsis effect going on at all. The brain is a curious thing.

The 16" binos you link to are spectacular, I've looked through them a few times.

aren't you building your own obs as well?
imagine sitting comfortably in an elevated chushioned chair with those binos in front of your eyes...

the DIY angle of our allrounder hobby is beckoning me from afar with a
challenging grin
(I bought pliers today and a phillips screw driver! ha! to exchange the focuser with a GSO one. I think, the tube holes will need amending. and guess what: I own a drill, already )

so much to enjoy. even in rainy winter.

The ' Obs' as you call it is built Silv. SkySlab lives. I keep seeing 114mm f8 newts on TradeMe but they make ridiculous claims for them and ask ridiculous prices. One day though, ....

Here is SkySlab btw ..... With Skeletope II peering out. It would look cool with two scopes peering out, a bit like Wall-E.
