I was all set to go outside and view Jupiter last night. Was looking forward to seeing it before the moon came up. I was just about to pick the scope up when I heard thunder. Lovely storm all night long.

Last night I got home late from work to see patchy cloud but almost zero twinkling of the stars that I could see.
As I havent had a good seeing view of Jupiter this year I put the scope outside to cool. About an hour later down came the rain (yes my scope got wet )
