Stalling DEC motor?

Erik when the motors are only 3 months old get the one that is stuffed, replaced under warranty.
I had 2 motors replaced under warranty and this second time it is still going ok.
The motor is a simple 3 pole motor but the better maxon motor is a 9 pole motor.

Thanks Martin, I'll get a hold of the place I got them from. What was the time frame to have your new motor returned for you?

The first time it was 1 day and the second time it was about a week (it all depends on stock levels).

Awesome, thanks, I thought it might have to go back to Losmandy, and from what I have read things can be a bit slow.

Old motor returned to shop, 3 days later, new motor, no problems.....so far, haha.
