You're well on your way. I'm not very good at evaluating Tpoint graphs, and there's not much data there, but I don't see any obvious hysteresis or regular sine or cosine type curves in the data. Two obvious outliers, of course, but Supermodel would have kicked them out.

Note that you don't have to map anywhere near that many points in order to tweak polar alignment. Certainly no more than 35 at a time all over the sky each time until you're happy with your polar alignment, then go for the big one. But I guess your camera is faster than mine. You can probably do twice as many points as I can in any given time, so why not.
