No I don't have any plans for that. Although I am sure you can find something here with a bit of a search. Using my name with them will not work either. They just know me as Paul if that. All my designs have been with flat tops and then I adapt the mount to the top. I know Asimov (John) has made a pier that will accommodate that mount. So maybe try asking him.

Steven, if you are now going with the pier, why not have your hole ready buy your pier tube long enough to have the top end to the height you want and the bottom end into the hole, brace it level, and then fill the hole to ground level with cement, and the tube as well.

Why bolt to the top of the foundation.

OK. The mad astronomer has a plan!! I've scoured all the mounts on the web as well as all the drawings I could find and have cobbled together some basic drawings of a complete mount with plates. When you have stopped laughing at my attempts at drafting and bodging pictures with paint-net, comments on dimensions for an NEQ6PRO mount as well as suggestions for improvement are welcome. Peruse away!.

Added a spacer to help locking the mount on the plate and changed the neq6pro adapter plate for more practical dimensions.

Stephen in the for sale section RCOS1 has piers for sale. Those piers will be good enough for you and probably a lot less cost too.

Yeah. Saw them Paul and I figure I need 0.9-1.0M above the pier for the mount and scope (10" Meade). So if I bought one of them I'm up for approx $200 shipping, $100-200 to cut the scope to length, $100-150 adapter plate, $450 for the mount.... total $800-1000. It might be the cheapest way to go but first I would like to give my local machine shop a good laugh and see how much they want.

Had to go hunting for the tube! Found a 1.1M, 219mm OD, 12.7mm thick one for $100 so grabbed it. Adds an extra 22KG so things are getting getting heavy. Workshop wants $690 + GST to do the welding and machine work so gave the go ahead. Concrete pier base 800x800x800 cube is done and dusted. Not as deep as I wanted but health issues got in the way. Looks like I might have something to put the scope on this summer. Will post some pics when done.

That's what I did - a lot easier than making up all those bolts and webs!
The biggest flex I get on my rig is the forks (because I'm using a wedge and a LX90) I put a wire backstay on the pier to detune it.
