Just when I had my mount drift aligned for the first time last night, in came the clouds...

I was stoked that I had the chance to observe the moon against the blue sky before sunset, and watch it magically pop in contrast as the sun set and the Earthshine lit up the other bits. Even managed to take a photo of it... bonus.

I'm loving the whole seeing things in the sky up close for the first time and then taking photos of them. Two hobbies for the price of one
