I think back to when i first met you JJJ - then think of what has happened in the meantime and try to put things in to perspective. You may think that we give you help or support but somehow i think it comes back the other way in bucket loads. This journey we have around SOL does have some challenges, but there are some outstanding moments, you are one of them! Courageous, charming, witty , knowledgeable and thoughtful are a few words that come to mind. Yup, she's one dedicated & tough lady alright. I have certainly experienced first hand that having really close friends is so very precious when you are in a dark place, good on you Paul.

I like the words of a song I heard recently called "count on me" by Bruno Mars seems appropriate here.

So when you say to me you love my work, I have often thought that it is I who loves your work. Surviving as you do is infinitely more impressive than anything I could produce. Keep up the good work.
