Yes my time lapse was chosen at
Starmus Astro Photo competition as an overall winner just recently and I am still finding it hard to comprehend what happened partially because of the prize. It is a trip to the festival and an hour to observe an object of choice on GRANTECAN 10.4m optical telescope (largest in the world so far).
As you know,
Starmus is a festival on Canary Islands in June to commemorate 50 years of manned space exploration and the list of guests is nothing short of amazing - Leonov, Tereshkova, Aldrin and others:
