I was talking to my friend near Arrarat at the time, he had loads of thunder and had to go because it was starting to flood.

The night was rugged, but today has been just like most rainy days.
Wet and windy.
But we just had a really good downpour a few minutes ago.

No indications of any flooding anywhere yet.

Went into Ballarat and all the roads were ok.
