Sky was absolutely magic earlier on so I quickly set up and did a broadcast.
Had several Americans and Poms looking in, and saw a few from in here too

Then all of a sudden the cloud came and ended it all

Oh well, I got a few hours in

Don't think there was any clear sky here last night, which is probably just as well as I was blasted. Was hoping for tonight but the satpic looks like a bucket of baby vomit.

Beautiful weather here at the moment. No clouds in the sky a gentle breeze. The ground is so water logged I can't walk in someplace in the yard I end up sinking upto my ankles in mud. Not game to setup the scope cause I might loose it in the mud.

Sorry for all you guys with 100% cloud or waterlogged.

Sydney had excellent skies on both Friday and Saturday - at least here in the northwest.

I did find a new use for my heat gun. Trying to keep the corrector clear on the C8. The dew shield needs modification to fit with the Losmandy dovetail so I couldn't use it.

Excuse me cumulus, I would appreciate it very much if you would dissipate at a rapid pace, ideally before sunset. Kind regards, annoyed star gazer.

I have a little bit to do with the oil and gas industry around Roma and have been advised by their weather people that they are evacuating non essential personnel from some of their sites as they are expecting 6 - 8 inches of rain this weekend. Last time they predicted lots of rain Roma flooded
