OK, I give up. Would someone kindly tell me what I have to do to run Star Rounder on an image in Irfanview I have the .8bf file downloaded (150kByte). Where do I stick it? How do I tell Irfanview it is there? How do I run it on an open JPEG?

Sorry JJ to answer a few, Star Rounder allows a horizontal or vertical shift plus or minus two pixels either way with the ability to apply that shift from 0-100%.

I have had no problems whatsover with it working with CS3 under Win7

As an indication of what the plugin can do the first image has no adjustment the second 1 pixel adjustment in Star Rounder

Star rounder will not work with the 64 bit version of PS (CS4) only the 32 bit version (also CS4). Works fine for me on win 7 64 bit, just have to jump between the two versions of PS. I like the pic JJJ, nice colour and plenty of detail.

Well done, the helix is much tougher target than most think and it really has to be worked to bring up the detail.
