Nice opening shot Doug!
Had heard rumours something big was cooking down Mt Beauty way. Sounds like a wonderful combination with the Tak FOV and FL options.

p.s. I'd love to see that same shot again sometime but rotated 90 degrees to better cover the nebulosities that seem to be coming out. Its already looking stunning. Its just so damned interesting and educational to see this big a FOV when I'm used to digging around at 1 x 0.75 arcmin!!

Well done on the new camera Doug. Solid work for Ha filtered 10min subs. Go long and let those pixel wells bleed some charge. The camera will love you for it and you'll be a happy camper working with amazing data. Looking forward to seeing more.

Thanks Rob, This was just a quick one while I could see enough sky to image something and try the camera out and ensure it worked. I will try to do better in the future.

Thanks Jase, I always admired the images you took with this combo so when the option of this camera and approval from the minister of finance was given I jumped at the chance. I just hope I can do it some justice.

That is a corker of a shot Doug. Sharp as. Gotta be happy with that. Superb field and great dynamic range. You can tell a top Eta when you see one.
