A humble thankyou indeed for those who have responded so positively to this image.

Ayers Rock....as it was called when I went to school...or Uluru... is not exactly an easy place to get to.

Even when you do tick that box, it is quite difficult to get to a good/unique vantage point...as the locals and "PC police" have made even photographing the bugger quite difficult.

...quite odd given that this ancient piece of geology pre-dates any human claims/sensitivities....but I digress.

Suffice to say, I ignored quite a few signs
