Divergence from the average must be a best guess! Melbourne has just done its usual unexpected! A week or so of cold weather - so packed away the air conditioners, dug out the beanies and coats, ran the central heating several mornings. Now we've had a few days of hot, sunny 27 deg C. Go figure!

and enjoy it while it lasts because by the end of the week it's back to the usual.
