I have the same problem: Baader MPCC + 400D on a black diamond 200.

A word of advice: don't attempt to cut a 2" EP adapter, it won't work. I just did that (8mm over the "lip") and it got me very close to focus, but not quite. It needs about 0.5mm more, just enough to be highly frustrating. This is with the flange with the serial number removed. The MPCC just sits on the drawtube collar and won't go further in.

Machining the collar, like described above, will probably do the trick.

I had the same problem on two of my reflectors reaching focus with the MPCC. With my Saxon 8" f6 I replaced the rack and pinion focuser with a low profile 10:1 Crayford and on my Skywatcher 8' f5 which came with a crayford I simply bought some longer mirror cell screws from Bunnings, I think they where 40mm long 1/4 BSW to bring the mirror further up the tube without cutting anything and only took about 45 min with collimation.
Simple easy and totally reversable if need be.

Cheers Daniel.
