let me get this right, you suggest moving to somewhere called new south pole? I could just move to adelaide hills or down south, be easier but our winters arent as nasty as yours?

If you really want heat, how about this?

It was 42 at home and 46 in the car - at 5pm.

And still 28 at 1am with what felt like 200% humidity.

Heh, welcome to mid aus climate.
We had pretty much a full week of 40+.
In one of the driest environments in Aus.
Don't think you lot have much to complain about.
