Brilliant work, Dennis! As usual. I love it when you do this stuff.

I'm yet to capture the far outer planets this year. Your work on them continues to motivate me, but ultimately I need to motivate myself which is proving difficult at the moment

Hats off to you.
Persistance pays off.
Cheers Kev.
Thanks Kev - the animation was an added extra as I was only going for the moons at the time!

Thanks Liz - the big boys with their amazing Jupiter images have driven me to the edge of our solar system, as I can’t compete with them closer in!

Thanks Ric - I'm glad that you enjoyed the animation. I was over the moon when I blinked the images and discovered the motion of the moons!

Ditto Peters comment; The place didn't seem the same without you.
Thanks Paul - I really missed you guys this year and I'm certain that if I had been there, no one would have taken long exposure images with their Bahtinov Mask in situ! Except perhaps me!

Thanks Mike, I appreciate your comments. However, don’t confuse lack of motivation with burn out from your incredibly busy schedule of family, work, astronomy, martial arts, running IIS and the plethora of other activities that place demands on our time and energy!

You did! I just heard an anonymous rumour from our staff reporter on the scene! My first piece of social engineering, or is that phishing!

Cheers

I bet I can guess who. I wonder if it was the person who did the same thing as me.
