Ditto. Been doing that for a month now. My FB home page is now a lot cleaner.

I must be dumb, I just can't get the hang of it, I want to send a P.M. to some of my friends and I just can't get it to work for me. Then I have trouble in getting out of it, I end-up by clicking the Red X Box, and start all over again.

My Twitter account is "nightskystargaz".

Some day I'll master it, as I'm an "Old Geezer"

Thanks,

Tom

Precisely....what an idiot, and this will go down on any reference she'll ever get off him. Next time she goes for a job and they ask why she left her last one, I can just imagine the explanation coming out of her mouth.

She's not worth employing, especially with that attitude.

I think sacking her is a bit over top actually considering she hasnt identified anyone by name. She obviously thought it was a safe place to vent.

I agree with the idiot sentiment though

I must say Facebook is Ok - it does let you keep in touch with people (possibly in an anti social way) but you can share stuff - not too much differently than here. I guess there is a topic of interest here and in Facebook the topic of interest is the individual.
Twitter, I have no idea of - I heard 10% of users contribute 90% of activity - that seems a little wacky.

Classic.
Illustrates the 'no idea of the consequences' thought process.

IIS is no different.
It doesn't take a mastermind to track you down and work out
exactly where you live (profile), what you do for a living (job thread),
and what you look like (post a pic of yourself thread.)

Someone with a gripe could really make your life hard for you.
Maybe something simple like email your boss a list of times
you were online while at work.

The young guys at work are all on F@ceB00k.
One of them is in the office.
They all blatantly email and post funny spam to each other,
even leaving a trail of forwarded email addys still attached.
Stupid, reckless stuff.

No idea of the consequences.
