Tempting! It's downright unmissable!! Awards, raffles, door prize, buy/swap/sell, 4 nights of viewing with about 30 of the IIS crowd, etc etc. How cool is that!!!

Its very very cool Ken - I would love to look through a wide variety of scopes at once whilst sharing in the fun :-)) I have never even been to an ASSA open night here at home!!! - I am an unsociable so and so, it would appear, i would have to break with my inertia - you guys are gonna have the time of your lives, I know it - dont think I havent thought about it if I do come it will be at the last minute and if the gods allow - so I dont want to give false expectations at this stage

Problem with a lot of this 'Man on Mars' suff is we will be getting pretty old by then! Our kids might one day travel the cosmos as tourists, but I think we are a bit late ourselves.

If only they started all this Space race 100 years earlier!!

But still fun & exciting watching it all start to happen.

Yeah, I reckon good on whoever gets to set-up on another planet first. Someone is bound to do it eventually. I did expect it to be a joint effort though, just like the ISS.

CCTV9 on C band had excellent blanket coverage, in English. How many seconds did the local news give it?
