I just love the full image Clive. It has everything going for it. Good clear resolution, focus and colour. Really captivating.

Best shot Clive. Better than the recent APOD of the same object. Kudos to you

Top job Clive,
this little scope you have does a beautiful job coupled with the single shot colour ccd.

Great to see variations of this object from every one and their various gear.

Great work and look forward to more images from you and this nice setup.

Will be releasing one or two shortly once I can manipulate the RGB data correctly which is causing grief at the moment. Great to see you had a shot at the Malins this year too. Always good to test the waters. I didn't enter the comp this year.
jase will watch out for your images,

as for the malins, im well outclassed, hopefully this year will see an improvement with the new scope, planning on entering next year, if i could achieve a well done that would be a highlight. Still fun to have a go.

wow ya reckon...... i only once sent images off for a magazine . not in a rush to again though as you dont get any feedback, and im not really interested in supporting their commercial interests.
i do however have a gaze at selected APODS usually through the search engine for a specific target for imaging.
the malins are somewhat different so dont mind that.
