Only one thing to do, star hop and enjoy. LP wasn't that bad but pulled the pin about 11 and was happy.
One question, Is light pollution better or worse in winter than summer? After not having a scope out for about 2 months it seemed a bit darker last night than in the warmer months.

I got the impression that the night was clearer as well in terms of stray light. I find summer shocking for LP where I am probably because people tend to stay up later but in winter, tend to stay indoors and have an earlier night
Pretty much spent most of the night observing Jupiter but called it quits around midnight when my gear was sopping wet with dew
