I agree with Chris, that sounds a bit harsh, mate. But you may not have meant it to come across that way, such is the problem with the typed word on the internet.
Servers and hosts sometimes have outages, and if I had 3 emails bounce back I'd be picking up the phone.
Vote 1 for phone contact. Unless it is an overseas vendor, I would rather call them personally, and get to chat to the staff. There is no substitute for that.
