Well, there is the SIX inch SE, of course... (I've said it often before, but it would be nice to have a goto mount where you can easily change the OTAs around. Like the SE...)

Yeah, Celestron is on a good idea with that single fork/detachable OTA. For visual work, it's a very popular scope in the US. If only they (or Meade) would refine their drives in these models, they'd have a great all-round package.

I have an ETX125EC which I used to think was great - until I got the 12" LB. Now, if I get the ETX out, I'm afraid it doesn't compare all that well. But I did like how easy it was to set up, - and I love the goto. And the optics are first class as has brrn pointed out.
