Good luck Paul. Will show you our efforts on Thursday night. Lots of cloud at the moment on the coast however here's hoping.

Yep there's one born every minute. I thought this afternoon that it looked good, just a few clouds on the horizon, nothing serious. So I decided to gamble on it. Sucker!!! Fingers crossed for the next couple of hours).

Bring them along and we'll look at how we can layer them so you have good comet detail with untrailed stars.

I'm so annoyed with these clouds. Two weeks since I last saw a star, planet, nebular or cluster here in Sydney. There's Saturn & Lulin in perfect position from my viewing place & I can't see a thing again. I'm yet to get a look at this comet. Please clear up before it's gone.

Gee Clayton welcome to Wayne's World, I've had the same problems for the past 6 months or more. Only time I have done anything decent in that time was the weekend you came down to Waterfall and met up with the SASI crew.

Stay patient and above all don't let it get you down.

Wayne

I had nice clear sky but some nong has installed the street lamp right under Saturn. Might get myself out to somewhere dark later in the week for a decent look.

Cheers Wayne, next time you're heading to Waterfall, keep me in mind.
