Yes it is a tad wide field. I think the TEC (not tried on a galaxy yet) being F7 for the same focal length may get a bit more image scale. I am thinking of getting the Baader fluorite flatfield converter to add some adjustable long focal length to the kit as an option.

Thanks Mike. It is tempting to simply slide the black point over to handle noise but it comes at a cost.

Fantastic choice of target... Very interesting to look at... Apart from that, I echo everyone else... Focus, colours, tracking all look flawless..
