LMC is great... at 7 times or 150 times.

Regarding the exit pupil thing, I'm not sure if anyone's mentioned this but it's actually a way of measuring image brightness that's independent of your scope size. So for a given target, 2mm exit pupil corresponds to a particular intensity of light hitting your eye. In a smaller scope the associated magnification will just be less than in a bigger one.
