Dobslingers

Had an idea for a sticker to put on my dob the other day

"...so, you think this is big?"

proberly not a hit with girls, but it would give me a chuckle when frustrated trying to find ghosts in the sky.

Another sticker idea - Astronomers do it in the dark.
Or how about - Is that a collimation tube in your pocket or are you just excited about my 12"?
I've got more, but I can sense the moderators stirring in their dens.

The local paer called me an Astronomist. I often get Astrologer. My wife says I am an Astronomiser - hmmmm miser..... if she only knew. Now that reminds me of the best quote on astronomical equipment I have ever heard (from the recent QLD Astrofest) - when I die I hope my wife doesn't sell my gear for what I told her it cost me.

So many people I've met call it Astrology! Even after repeatedly explaining the difference they still slip up
