Ha! this is an easy one. For my TV Genesis f/5, it would be the Pentax XW 7mm and the TV Ethos 13mm. If my circumstances allowed, I think I would trade my 13mm LVW and 27mm Pano for the Ethos. Fox!

I would have to sell about 30 !!!!!!!!
Clear skies
BTW, it would be 3 eyepices, Pentax XW's 7, 10 and 30

It would have to be my 30XW and 10XW???????..... or, 17LVW and 10XW?????...... or, 24Pan and 10XW, duno, this is too difficult to decide on just two, three would be a whole lot easier, ideally, 30XW and 17LVW and 10XW, but then I leave out the 24Pan, I give up..............

Well, I find it gratifying that at least some people find the dilemma as vexing as I do. Are we all eyepiece addicts? (Maybe the next question should be: "If you could have only one telescope...")

Hi All,
Although I have a fair range of eyepieces most of my observing is done with only two.
My absolute all time favorite is my Meade 4000 series 14 mm UWA, I do about 80% of my observing with this eyepiece.
For low power wide field stunning panoramas I use my 31 mm Nagler.
I think the size and type of telescope will play a major role in these selections.
Since the majority of my observing is deep sky, then I could survive quite happily with theses two eyepieces.
Regards
Trevor

Depends on the telescope's FL but would probably be one of these pairs:
7XW + 13 Ethos
10XW + 30XW

LOL as I'm actually going through a minimalistic purge of my current eyepiece collection to use just 2 excelent quality eyepeices.
My current average eyepeice usage per viewing night is Radian 6mm 15%, T6 Nagler 13mm 70% and Kasia Konig 15%. As the T6 13mm Nagler is my main eyepiece, I just need one more eyepiece to compliment it. I loved MikeyB's 24mm Panoptic, also like the 27mm Panoptic. I can reaslistically afford a Nagler T4 22mm as it covers a similar True Field of View as the 27mm Panoptic.
Agree with others that your choice will depend upon setup.
My realistic lineup would be: Nagler T6 13mm, Nagler T4 22mm
However I would be equally happy with a 24mm Panoptic or 27mm Panoptic.
ULTIMATE setup assuming money no object:
1 Eyepiece: Ethos 13mm
2 Eyepieces: Ethos 13mm, Naglar T4 22mm
3 Eyepieces: Ethos 8mm, Ethos 13mm, Nagler T4 22mm

Probably a pair of Meade UW eyepieces would do me fine. I have the 26 & 18mm, I'm happy with these two but maybe a 9mm for galaxies would be nice as well.
cheers

Both of 'em would have to be 24 mm Panoptics ( on my wish list ).
I would need two for the bino-viewers.
