Your help and processing tips and constructive criticism has been very welcomed, and I look forward to all of your posts to not only my images, but other people's too as I can learn from them all.

Thanks again and have a great xmas/new year.
Thanks Mike. Turned out ok for a last post of the year with exception to the noise and frame alignment. Have two more images I'm working on, waiting for more data acquisition which I hope to complete soon. Thanks again for providing a catalyst for like minded people to share, collaborate and experience our hobby. Have a great one.

Wow Jase how stunning is that, it has a 3D look to it, almost radio active, well I suppose it is.

Excellent as usual Sir, and a great way to top off a fantastic year.

All the best mate.

Cheers Andrew. You've got keen eyes . Technically, every image has a gradient even when acquired from a dark sky, but we'll leave such a discussion for another day. I hope to see more of your images in '08 (posted here, not on AS&T pages). Thanks again.

Hi Jase, Probably the most detailed and wonderful image of the horsehead I have ever seen. Goes to show I still have an awful lot to learn. Looking at your web site I can only droul at your magnificent images. Keeep it up. It gives us mere mortals something to try and achieve.

Great stuff

WOWWW gee's Jase. Thats one heck of a beautiful horse/flame region. The red from the horsehead really glows with the HA Filter. Definitely a poster shot.

Hey Jase,
man, this is a cooker of an image of the HH area!
So very vibrant, Tak sharp pin point stars(a trait of Takahashi, gotta love em!).
We with smaller fields of view forget the extent of nebulosity.
This is truly a wall hanger and I'd be submitting this to a mag or two for publishing.

I'm a bit like you, I'm waiting for the moon to go and get onto some not so well imaged objects, (plus finish up other projects, but seeing this, I'm going for B33 for this year again. at least I can get some Ha down while the moons still with us.

Exquisite work with your lovely combo Jase.

All the best
Rich

Happy New Year to you and your family.

Cheers Eric. Think I may have over done the colour processing piece, but that's a matter of opinion. Thanks for checking it out and making comment.

Thanks Rich. Indeed, the FSQ/STL11k is a killer combo delivering an "all weather" imaging set up at 3.5 arcsec/pixel. I think the wide field of view really suits this region as there is so much going on with plentiful detail to appreciate. Thanks again.
