Well that was ten years ago ...it was closer back then.
It was using a lxd 55 meade 6 inch reflector and a terrible mount that I blue printed but still was not flash.
A 300 d canon which left a white band down the right of the image that you simply had to crop off ..about ten percent.
And guiding for over 1000 seconds was not easy.
And being colour blind I really enjoyed few advantages.
But my message was and is now for people to have a go and not be put off by some who look for the errors and seem to enjoy avoiding encouragement, which probably tells one something.
