yes it could have been, but thats where Rob chose to look during his observing run, so its all his. I've probably found another one a couple of nights ago, although it hasn't been published yet

Thanks Paul, so that's at around 6am? It will be impossible to see with the sun glow at that time.

I guess I need something at around 5am? Will it be above the horizon?
