Louie,

Your image of NGC 4945 shows something special - a 14th magnitude supernova shining in that galaxy.

Here's a link to an image showing where the supernova is.

It's in the lower right corner of the link image (the upper right end of your galaxy image).

This supernova, SN 2005af, was one of two I visually observed last month at the South Pacific Star Party - that was a first for me, to see two in one weekend.
