Hi Kitty,
Another cat lover! I think there are more cat people on this forum than dog folk.
Does Sumi come out observing with you?
Hi jjjnettie, Sumi does come observing with me when i take my scope into backyard, then we spend some quality time together trying to workout exactly what i am looking at in the sky!!! I have not owned my scope a year yet.
Hi Kitty, welcome to IIS.
Sumi looks like a beautiful cat, from the photo I'll bet Sumi has a proud and regal nature about her/he.
Cheers
Sumi, is a her. I would describe her more as "stuck-up", than proud or regal... ...but i love her very much. She does not think she is a cat. She is also quite trained for a cat, dog people say you can't train a cat, but Sumi does what i tell her!
Ok, seems everyone is getting into the cat theme. Cats are not really my kind of animal, but my loveley lady adores them. Here's a picture of our 12 week old kitten that was abandoned in our horse paddock by a ferral cat when it was about 2 weeks old. My better half proceeded to make up milk formula that you buy from the vets and hand raise this little fellow. He is now a member of the family, as you can see he makes himself totally at home. My kids called him Dizzy, because when he is in play mode, he is a total spinn out.
Thanks Ric and jjjnettie. He is very lanky ric, and the markings are quite beautiful. all the better for running around the house with our other two cats, and like jjjnettie says, they can get crazy, as mentioned before thats why his name is Dizzy.
