Yes I guess you are right.

We have a new baby bull and as "the herd" are pets a problem looms now that there will be two bulls.

Tabulam certainly looks and sounds like a lovely spot but it is on the well-watered north coast and at a relatively low altitude. There are some hills to the east which may give some rain-shadow effect but I would still be concerned about the number of cloudy nights. I imagine that when it is good there it is very good but how often is that and how often does the weather 'bless agricultural man'?

That is what I liked about my location, pretty dry and 2000 kms of flat land to the east and south

It changes year to year if its a wet year dew can get to you, if its a dry year it is excellent.
