This constant need for fresh ( and now very expensive ) legal "interpretation" in our adversarial legal system is killing off the little guys ability to afford justice, and pretty soon, people will start to just ignore the laws and do what they want.

If you are ever in a situation that looks like it will end up in court if you do nothing else ask the lawyer... What is the difference between party party costs and solicitor client costs.
Shorty the court may award you costs if sucsessful but the figure may not correspond to the figure your solicitor will charge you.
Get a clear understanding of costs involved and have any agreement as to costs in writing signed by the partner of the firm.
Make sure the agreement covers ALL OUTGOINGS AND BARRISTER FEES.
Like anything else talk to someone who has been where you think you are going.
My motto is.... I never take legal action I only take pump action..
Getting locked up is most likely the cheapest option and you will get out before the civil matter even gets to court.
If sued give them what they ask for and walk away it will be cheaper. If they will settle do so and forget"on principle"... Lawyers love those words.
If it looks bad bury your loot and go bankrupt it is over before you get mold on the cash.
Say nothing, hit no one and avoid crouds.

I must have seen this coming, subconsciously.

My home phone line is used for internet only, so we don't bother plugging a phone in.

Happy days (Nights).

A media blackout on political ads is in force from midnight Wednesday.
But the section of the federal Broadcasting Services Act 1992 only covers television and radio but does not affect other campaigning or the internet.

Makes sense. Else they wouldn't be able to have representatives out the front of polling stations.
