Graham's answer, arcade, seems to be the most suitable term. And it has the word "arc" in it.

An internet search doesn't show an actual term except arcade - a series of arches supported on columns.

Architecturally they would be offsets. If they weren't offset in the same direction, they would be arrayed arcs.

As for parallel lines, a normal line to a curve is also normal to its parallels.
