Anybody remember 'Monolith monsters'? similar plot sort of to the day of the triffids. Worst scifi ever for my money was, was, was, it was that bad I've blanked it out of my mind! It was a recent remake of journey to the center of the Earth. Might have been called 'core' or something similar. Given the state of the art special effects and general film making art these days, this film would even insult the intellect of a pot of stewed cabbage.

Robot Monster.

Not only one of the worst Sci-Fi movies ever made, but rated as one of the worst movies of any type.

Anything that isn't Sci-Fi

Not the worst but cant stand ET, that movie just annoys me ever since it first came out. I can't understand how people like it.

First season of Lost In Space was great in b/w

Them, has better acting than most Australian movies even with the "super-imposed creatures" IMDB gives it 7.3

Monolith Monsters was good enough for my wife wanted imported from the States at the time on VHS NTSC

Dark Star is a great comedy

So my vote also goes to Independence Day

Cheers Mark

Absolutely ridiculous movie!

Mind you, even the worst sci fi movies can be absurdly entertaining.

The Phantom Menace - absolutely the most disappointing movie I've ever seen, of any genre.

Second worst goes to Attack of the Clones - one of the few movies I've switched off in the middle.

Third worst: Revenge of the Sith. Oh wait, I didn't even bother to watch that one.

I'm with you Rob, 2012 was the worst waste of my time. Nobody is that lucky to escape in the "nick of time" so many times in a movie. Didn't see the end...went and asked for my money back....didn't get it!

Yea I used to ride a Norton Commando 750 back then ( would still have it today if some low life did not steal it ! ) but I cringed when the Kwaka 900 wasted it and stone crashed his Norton on the corner ,,, OUCH !
in reality the Norton would have eaten the Kawasiki on that road .
Dated but a classic ,
ps. I still cringe !
Brian.

I remember the all the kids with their helmets as well but I did have a Kawasaki 900 with 4 into 1 pipes out the front to ride off on, made you feel a million dollars.

Alien Vs Predator

I haven't seem Cowboys and Aliens, but for what I've heard, soon will be part of the "worst" list as well.
