I'm using SS4 plus (android). Does anyone know what changes /improvements there will be with SS5 ?

This page shows what is new in SS5 for iOS - presumably SS5 for Android will have the same additional features.

I think (but don't quote me on it) that on iOS there were are number of interface changes, that probably wouldn't apply to the Android version.

Other nice touches are touchable clocks on the object info pages, so you can go to astronomical darkness or object transit or opposition, or whatever is relevant. At least, those are what I use the most...

I'd agree, nice touches but nothing overly revolutionary.

I was hoping for compatibility with skyq since they seem to be working with celestron. I like the 'no hand controller' with skyq but i hate skyportal.
