I used one for a few years without incident, they sure are a handy little thing , the very last time I turned my cooker off it actually didn't turn off and flame then started to spread ... Thought long and hard bout all the no problem times to ... shortly after put it in the bin .

There is a notice in Tasmanian newspapers today about some of these being removed from sale. Not all brands and models are listed though. Some must still be ok. We use one quite a lot especially when we go on day trips. They are excellent inventions.
