This is nothing mate, you should try staying away from this other forum called Ice In Space, now that's hard.

Well what a nice thing to be addicted to...
I cant call it adiction in my case but I really look forward to getting out of the bush and logging on here (and my other haunt astronomydaily.com). I find if I cant sleep I log on, in fact where there is a gap in life I log on... so I guess I am somewhat "hooked".
I find coming here is very similar to going to your local pub, if you are into that style of things, you get to talk to friendly folk about stuff you like..so how good is that and no hangovers.

Hi all,
I dont find this group addictive at all.
Wifey grumbles a bit now and then but I open a bottle of red and all is well again.
Only problem I have is when I have a question to ask someone has already asked it and the answers are usually spot on as well.

cheers

Dont you hate the way the ladies blame astronomy as causing problems in a relationship when clearly they cant accept that they spend too much money on useless things like clothes and food. I mean my wife could not accept that you could see more stars with a 12inch dob than you could with a gas fridge. I mean there is no contest but then to say to you that you are obsessed with astronomy its just avoiding the real problems.. its not closing time already is it?

Too addictive,

Ever since I started looking on this forum I get more involved. My wife and kids don't know me anymore. Apparantly I am only aloud to turn the computer on after 9:30 when everone is in bed.. Love going over all the new posts and old one as well. See I found an old one that needs revitalising. Keep up the good site as I would be bored out of my brains at the moment with all this cloud in Brissy.

Matt.
