Thank you, so much, gents.
Pics will come later once we have our western ceremony at my favourite beach. There is an award-winning photographer who I photograph weddings with; I love her style and work really well with her; she has offered to photograph our beach ceremony. So, when that happens, the photos will arrive then.
Lol, Steve.
Marcus, if auroras count, then, yes, but she also loves the night sky and is fully supportive of me building an observatory in the backyard. She looks up sheds and campervans to convert into man caves for me from time-to-time. But, beyond all that, she shoots her photography in manual mode. It is true love.
Thanks, again, all.
H

Congrats, it's a big deal!! I got married last year.
Hope you have all the gear you need because you'll find that astro budget diminishing somewhat .

Ah grasshopper - wait till 7 years, when all settles, and you have figured out her routines, habits, etc. THEN and only then, can you sneak stuff into the house without being caught (or posted to a friend, so she doesn't sign for it )
Mine buys rings etc all the time. I don't bat an eyelid, she's happy. I mean, I have enough goodies for myself Sometimes after a large purchase, I buy her a nice ring or something too, just because I love her (in other words, GUILT trip)

Congratulations! I trust your wife came down the aisle to Ensiferum's Lady in Black?

Thanks again, all.
Lewis, I'll try and sneak in a Paramount ME II and TOA-150 purchase in there somewhere.
John, not Lady in Black, but, when we have our western ceremony, Shawn Lane's "The Way it Has to Be" is a definite starter!

Good luck with that H - I bought myself a Takahashi FSQ106EDXIII today, and I am probably going to have to slip Valium in the wife's tea so she'll be asleep when the courier comes
So long as the telescope count = 2, her suspicion is usually not too piqued. Having a seperate secret "toy" account makes life easy too - no visible withdrawls, no records...

Oh, nice one.
I love my FSQ-106N (Kai).
Thanks, Geoff. We're both looking forward to pitter patter of tiny feet.
