Nordo

This morning I waved goodbye to Houghy and Al Meehan (who drove up from Newcastle yesterday) heading up to Duckadang .... while I headed off to work

I will be up there on Friday morning , but I think I am already there in spirit - certainly spent a lot of time today at work thinking about what could be going on

That's OK. I don't want to come back with aperture fever .
I haven't even bought my first scope yet. Waiting to have a chat to a few blokes on Saturday before I order my GSO 10" dob

When you get there, look at all the scopes, pick one, order by phone and have it delivered to Astrofest!

All the important stuff is in the car and ready to go .. just the minor incidentals to go now, like clothes and food, but the scopes and associated gear have all been loaded!

Should be a nice hour and a half to 2 hours pleasant country cruise from here, weathers looking good, sky looked great here tonight as I packed (kept wanting to unpack a scope again).

Looking forward to putting faces to names, etc. Hope to meet as many of you as possible real soon!

Cheers!
Steve
