You can notice on the other side of the fence in the shadow there are four people at the front of their fence actually watching it. So use I would say a setup for the shot, but a real shot
Like the kangaroo moon shot though it does show people's natural reaction to a great photo is to doubt it. Sad to wonder why, but then there is so much photoshopping around on Facebook and the like that maybe we have come to believe everything we are sent is meant the be for light entertainment.
Sad indeed.
